PULSO clearly realizes that details, especially easily-neglected details, concern quality. Thereby PULSO works with great devotion to design, raw materials, assembly processing as well as quality inspection of products.

Motor Design
PULSO introduces the latest motor design software and spends long time in simulation for every model. Meticulous design assures a smooth and complete magnetic circuit in magnetic field of motors, which prevents common occurrence of demagnetization or magnetic leakage that poorly-designed motors give rise to.

Raw Materials
End closures of PULSO are made from aluminum alloy for aviation to provide adequate hardness.
High-temperature magnet can still maintain its intrinsic coercive force even if it is used under most severe conditions.
Iron cores consist of laminated 250#0.2mm silicon-steel sheets.
Bearings are supplied by Shanghai Miniature Bearing Factory that is well known as the earliest manufacturer of miniature bearings in China with over fifty years' history. Motors don’t need addition of extra lubricant during use because these bearings have brilliant lubricating capability.

Motor Assembly
Motor assembly requires various adhesives. PULSO persistently selects best and reputed brands like Araldite and LOCTITE.
Extension line requires excellent welding done by skillful workers otherwise it can easily lead to damaging motors thus cost would increase. Therefore many brands of motors use unwelded extension lines and replace them with lacquered wire instead while PULSO uses firmly-welded extension lines that are able to make large current go through.
Even little golden plugs are important too. The wall thickness between 0.4mm-0.6mm is believed to be conformed. But ampere density will accordingly vary and so does the cost. PULSO uses best performing and most expensive golden plugs with 0.6mm wall thickness.

Motor Inspection
The quality inspection of motors starts from incoming raw materials. Each procedure has its inspection standard per specifications. Particularly the strict testing of stator and overall inspection are of most importance to PULSO to make sure superior quality of motors.
